Mike Moore

Founder & Photographer, Dogs Made Famous

Mike is the founder of Dogs Made Famous, a dog photography brand built on one simple idea: every dog deserves to be seen, celebrated, and remembered.

Before photography, Mike worked as a professional dog door installer and even invented a way to install dog doors in glass — proof that dogs have always been at the center of his work.

With decades behind the camera and a lifetime love for dogs, Mike brings a mix of experience, humor, and heart to every session. Whether he’s photographing a scruffy senior at the beach, a doodle in the park, or a rescue pup looking for a new start, his goal is the same — to create something real, timeless, and worthy of a spot on your wall.

For Mike, it’s not just about the photos — it’s about helping people honor their dogs with an image that lasts. One you can look at every day and remember just how special they really are.

Based in Southern California, Mike is on a mission to give every dog a moment in the spotlight — and to help their people hold onto those memories forever.

Kami Lockwood

Co-Founder & Photographer, Dogs Made Famous

Kami is a professional dog photographer and co-founder of Dogs Made Famous, based in Southern California. She’s known for capturing the spirit and personality of every dog she meets — whether in the studio, at the park, or at one of our pop-up events.

With years of hands-on experience and a deep love for animals, Kami has earned a strong reputation in the pet community for her ability to make dogs feel comfortable and shine in front of the camera.

Her work includes everything from fine art portraits to lifestyle shoots, rescue events, dog shows, and pet store collaborations. She also donates her time and talent to support local shelters and non-profits, using her skills to help dogs in need get the attention they deserve.

When she’s not behind the camera, Kami channels her creativity into her Etsy shop, where she designs colorful, dog-themed artwork inspired by her love for the ocean, bold design, and her own pup, Cali.

For Kami, it’s all about celebrating the bond between people and their dogs — and creating something beautiful that lasts.
